Is there a minimum commitment for the monthly packages?

To see true organic growth, visual consistency, and a shift toward direct bookings, we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment. Social media is a long-term asset; building an engaged community takes time, but the compound return on your brand's digital footprint is incredibly powerful.


How does billing and payment frequency work?

We operate on a monthly retainer model, billed in advance at the beginning of each monthly cycle.

Once we complete onboarding and select your retainer tier, you will receive an invoice at the start of each month. Payment is required before that month's content creation, curation, and management begin. This ensures your shoot days are locked into our calendar and allows us to consistently produce and schedule your content without delays.


What happens if we need to cancel our social media management?

We require 3 weeks written notice for any cancellations.

Because we plan your content strategy, coordinate shoot days, and map out your grid weeks in advance, this notice period ensures a smooth offboarding process. During your final 3 weeks, we will deliver the remaining assets, captions, and scheduled posts covered by your final payment cycle, leaving your digital presence seamlessly organised.
